Return Policy
PillowCraze.com, will refund or credit any unwashed, unopened, items in new condition that have been purchased within 15 days. We care about our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if it gets lost in transit, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! Just make sure you submit your claim within 15 days of receiving the product (or within 20 days if it’s lost in transit). And if it was our mistake, we’ll take care of everything at no extra cost to you.
Please double-check your shipping address before you hit that order button. If the courier can’t deliver to an insufficient address, the package will come back to us – and you’ll have to cover the reshipment cost once we’ve confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed shipments will be returned, and you’ll have to pay to have it shipped out again (if applicable).
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and reshipment (if and as applicable).
